Terms of Service

Last updated: May 9, 2026 | for App: Remember

Use of the app

Remember is provided as an Android app for personal notes, lists, and reminders. You are responsible for the content you create, import, export, or back up using the app.

Optional third-party services

If you choose to connect an optional service such as Google Tasks, that service may apply its own terms and policies. Remember only uses requested access to perform the action you start in the app.

Reminder delivery

Remember schedules reminders as reliably as Android allows. Notification delivery may be affected by system factors outside the app's control — system settings, battery optimizations, doze mode, or manufacturer-specific restrictions etc.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is, without guarantees that it will be error-free or suitable for every device or situation. Keep your own backups of important information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, missed reminders, notification delivery issues, device issues, backup or restore problems, or reliance on app output.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
