Terms of Service

Last updated: May 9, 2026 | for Project: AWWsome Toolkit

Use of the toolkit

AWWsome Toolkit is provided as a collection of scripts and utilities. You are responsible for reviewing and running tools only in environments where you understand the effect of those commands.

External dependencies

Tools may use third-party CLIs, package managers, SDKs, or services. Those dependencies may have their own terms and security considerations.

No endorsement of third-party projects

Release feeds may include public repositories, releases, binaries, scripts, or links from third-party developers. Inclusion in a feed does not mean the developer endorses, recommends, audits, verifies, or guarantees that project.

Review each third-party project yourself before downloading, installing, running, or relying on anything from it.

No warranty

The toolkit is provided as-is, without guarantees that it will be error-free or suitable for every system.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the toolkit or items surfaced by the release feeds, including data loss, system configuration changes, device issues, failed scripts, failed cleanup, rooting or boot image problems, third-party service issues, backup or restore problems, or reliance on toolkit output.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
